摘要
通过实证的方式解析了高等院校女教师的职业倦怠状况,分别从授课类型,聘任情况和婚姻状况等角度对比了她们在职业倦怠三个维度上的差异性,并通过问卷调查的方式对这一群体教师职业倦怠的成因和她们的应对方式进行了分析和探讨。
By an empirical research, this paper is in attempt to analyze the female teacher's fatigue syndrome in higher education organizations. The investigation is conducted in studying the three variants that are components of job burnout from three aspects: course type, marital status and employment situation. Then a questionnaire survey is made and analyzed on the causes for female teachers' occupational burnout and the countermeasures are discussed too.
