摘要
经济法学作为一门应用型法学学科和其他法学学科一样具有非常强的实践性,其实践教学体系的构建和创新对于经济法学科的教学有重要意义。经济法学科实践教学体系可以从经济法案例库的建设、经济法律调查、经济法律模拟审判、经济法律诊所、经济法课程设计等几方面加以构建。
Like other legal disciplines, Economic law, is an applicable legal discipline and has strongly practical characteristics. It＇s of vital significance to construct its practical teaching system to perfect the whole course. The practical teaching system of economic law can be constructed through building case compilation system, legal survey, moot court, legal clinic and curriculum design etc.
