Tei指数评价高血压病患者全心功能的临床研究

Estimation of Global Ventricular Function in Patients with Hypertension by Tei Index

目的应用Tei指数评价高血压病患者全心功能，并探讨其临床应用价值．方法采用多普勒法测量81例高血压病患者左、右心室的等容舒张时间（IRT）、等容收缩时间（ICT）及射血时间（ET），计算左、右心室的Tei指数，并与正常对照组比较．结果高血压组较正常对照组左、右心室Tei指数增加（P〈0．001）．结论Tei指数是一个敏感、简便、综合评价心脏整体功能的指标．

Objective The global ventricular function of patients with hypertension was estimated by using Tei index, and its clinical value was discussed. Methods Isovolumic contraction（ICT）, isovolumic relaxation time （IRT） and ejection time（ET） were measured in eighty-one patients with essential hypertension, left ventricular and right ventricular of Tei index were calculated, and was compared with those of normal control group. Results Tei index of hypertension group increased than that of normal control group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Tei index is sensitive, valuable and easy for estimating ventricular dysfunction in essential hypertension.
