摘要
以长治市下秦新村规划为例,通过对下秦村现状概况、村民生活现状等的调查剖析,重点从规划构思、总体空间布局、交通组织、绿化景观规划、配套基础设施等几方面进行了科学规划、合理布局,可为推进新农村建设提供经验和借鉴。
The paper started with the example of planning of Changzhi city Xiaqin village, based on the investigating and analysis the present general situation, and villager living present situation, the scientific planning and proper redistribution were carried emphasis from planning conception, overall space arrangement, traffic organization, greening landscape planning and corollary infrastructure, which can provide experience and reference for promoting the new rural construction.
