浅谈老工业建筑再利用率低的原因和相应措施

Discussion the reasons of low recycled ration of old industrial architecture and its corresponding measures

以上海沿黄浦江工业带为例,对许多建筑质量良好、具有一定历史价值的老工业建筑再利用率低和保护不佳的现状进行了分析,研究了形成这种状况的原因,并提出相应措施,以更加有效地利用和保护老工业建筑。

The paper started with the example Shanghai Huangpu River industrial band, the recycled ration low reasons and un-good protection of some architectural quality good and owned certain historical value old industrial architecture were analyzed. The formation reasons of such situation were researched and the countermeasures were proposed , so as to more effective utilize and protect the old industrial architecture.
