浅议施工项目质量成本管理

On the quality cost management of the construction project

针对我国绝大部分施工企业不能正确处理质量与成本之间的关系问题,结合工程管理实践,论述了施工项目质量成本管理应关注的三个方面,指出合理确定最佳质量水平、最佳质量成本、最佳质量成本结构对施工企业提高质量、降低成本有十分重要的意义。

According to the fact that most construction enterprises can not correctly handle the relation between the quality and the cost, the paper discusses three aspects of the quality cost management of the construction project comblned with the practice in the engineering management, points out that the rational determination of the optimal quality level, the optimal quality cost and the optimal quality cost structure is important to the quality improvement and the cost reduction of the construction enterprises.
