摘要
阐述了公路施工项目成本的含义,分析了工程项目施工合同管理中存在的问题,提出了加强合同管理、控制施工成本的途径,即签订合同要做到程序化、规范化、合法化,严格执行合同及建立良好的合同关系等,以提高工程的经济效益。
The meanings of construction project cost of highway are elaborated. Based upon analysis of the questions existed in management of project construction contract the idea through strengthening contract management to realize construction cost control is proposed to realize programmed, normalized and legal definition of contract, in order to increase economic benefits of works.
