重复经颅磁刺激在卒中后运动功能康复中的作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)在卒中后运动功能康复中的作用。方法在基本治疗相同的情况下,将40例脑卒中病人随机分成康复组和对照组。康复组给予rTMS真刺激,对照组给予rTMS假刺激,观察刺激前后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分。结果康复组经14d的rTMS治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分提高程度比对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rTMS康复运动功能疗效肯定,提高卒中病人的生活质量。
