摘要
本文通过六种试样的试验数据,找出纤维集合体在30℃,相对湿度57%条件下,不同干燥阶段的干燥速率变化规律及其影响因素。从而,揭示出多孔性织物的干燥特性和干燥机理。提出上述条件下六种试样的第一临界含水率及第二临界含水率的数值,为服装加工选料、干燥装置的设计提供数据。
Based on the experimental data of six types of samples, including cotton, rayon,polyester, olyester/cotton (thin and thick types) and polyester/rayon, the rule for thechanging of drying rate and the actors which influence the drying rate of fibre assemblyunder the condition of 30℃ and 75% R. H. had been ound. And therefore both the chara-cteristics and macianism of drying rate are shown for the porous abrics, nd the valuesof first and second critical moisture content are given for six samples. These values arethe asis for cloth-chosing in dress manufacture and the design of drying device.
