摘要
用环氧化合物处理和未处理的CaCO_3(简称T型和O型)分别填充CPE(氧含量39%),得到相应的T型和O型填充体。两种填充体相比,T型填充体的流动曲线较平坦,η随γw的增加而下降的速度较快,挤出物胀大比随γw的提高而增大的速度较缓和;CaCO_3颗粒有明显的聚集现象,颗粒与CPE基体的界线较模糊。
The rheological property and morphology of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) with chlorine content 39%, filled with CaCO3 which was treated with epoxide or not treated was studied. The results showed that, as compared with CPE filled with untreated CaCO3, the flow curve of CPE filled with treated CaCO3 was more flat, its viscosity decreased more quickly with the increase of shear rate, and the increase of B value with shear rate was more moderate. The treated CaCO3 particles in CPE showed apparent aggregating tendency and the interface between the particles and the CPE matrix was fuzzy
