参麦注射液对早期脓毒症大鼠血清C反应蛋白和促炎性介质水平的影响 被引量:13

The effects of shenmai injection on the blood serum levels of CRP and mediators of proinflammationin in early sepsis rats

摘要 目的研究参麦注射液(shenmai,SM)对盲肠结扎穿孔(cecal ligation and puncture,CLP)脓毒症大鼠模型早期促炎性介质IL-6、IL-8和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法96只SD大鼠随机分为A组(假手术组,n=32)、B组(0.9%氯化钠溶液组,n=32)和C组(参麦注射液组,n=32),分别于CLP造模后1/2、12、24、36 h A组、B组皮下注射0.9%氯化钠溶液(5 ml/kg),C组皮下注射参麦注射液(5 ml/kg),并于术后12、24、36、48 h测量三组SD大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平。结果CLP造模后B、C两组血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均明显升高,C组在各时点的IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液可显著降低早期脓毒症大鼠血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平,可能对早期脓毒症大鼠具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of shenmai (SM) injection on the blood serum levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 in early sepsis rats, the sepsis model was induced by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP). Methods 96 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups including A group ( sham operation group, n = 32 ), group B (normal saline group, n = 32 ) and group A (SM group, n = 32 ). At 1/2,12,24and 36 hours after CLP or sham operation, all rats of group A and B were given normal saline at a dose of 5 ml/kg through hypodermic injection, while rats of group C were given SM injection at a dose of 5 ml/kg. Dynamic observation was done at 12,24,36,and 48 hours post the operation about the changes of serum CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 . Results The blood serum CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 level in group B and C were significantly increased after CLP. Compared with group B, serum levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 in group C were obviously lower at different time points after CLP( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion SM injection can cut down the serum levels of proinflammationin factors ( IL-6, IL-8 ) and CRP in sepsis rats, which may have protetive effects on early sepsis rats.
