摘要
根据农村中小型水利工程实际特点,分析当前新农村建设水利管理工作中存在的问题,结合水管单位体制改革,指出了新形势下水利管理的科学方法。
According to actual characteristics of countryside middle and small scale hydraulic engineering,the problems exsiting in water conservancy management of currently new rural construction are analyzed.Besides,combined with water conservation management office institutional reform,this paper points out scientific methods of water conservancy management under new circumstances.
