摘要
电能计量装置是电能结算的重要设备,改造其防窃电性能很有必要,文章提出了装置改造的措施及应注意的问题。
Metering system of power electric energy is important device.It is necessary to improve the capability of preventing electric larceny.The measures and matters needing attention for that are put forward.
