单位犯罪是我国刑法的独有特点,在我国刑法中占有重要地位,但其理论上仍有许多重大问题争论不休。笔者对单位犯罪的两大主体进行深入探讨,并对一些相关单位主体进行分析,得出单位犯罪主体具有复杂性的结论。

The unit crime holds the important status in our country criminal law, but it theoretically still has many major issues to debate unceasingly.This article explores the unit crime two main bodies deeply,and analyzes some correlative main bodies,obtains the conclusion that the unit subjects of crime have complexity.
