社会主义新农村建设是我党在新的历史发展阶段提出来的,是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。本文着重从生态主义的视角论述其在新农村建设过程中的实践意义:发展农村经济,实现农村经济、社会的可持续发展;发展农村基层民主和实现社会公正,实现政治民主和建设社会主义精神文明;调整农村社会关系,实现社会公正和环境正义;切实提高农民素质,改善农村地区生活环境,这一切都必须从生态主义的角度审视。只有这样才能实现我国农村地区的可持续发展,建成真正意义上的社会主义新农村。

New rural construction is an essential part of building harmonious society in a new historical era.This article,emphasizing from the ecological angle,discusses its practical meaning in the process of building new socialist countryside： enhancing agriculture economy,fulfilling the sustainable development of agricultural economy and society;expanding grassroots democracy and realizing social justice,fulfilling political democracy and constructing socialism spiritual civilization;regulating the social relation in agricultural zone;heightening the quality of farmers,improving the living environment of agricultural zone.All these must be examined closely from ecological angle.Only in this way can we achieve the sustainable development in agricultural zone and construct real new socialist countryside.
