技术性贸易壁垒的积极作用初探

Analysis on the Positive Effects of Technical Barriers to Trade

随着国际贸易的发展,传统的关税壁垒不断下降,而技术贸易壁垒成为当今影响全球和我国贸易发展的重要因素。我国作为最大的发展中国家,技术壁垒在对外贸易中产生着巨大的影响,并日益成为严峻的挑战和阻碍。但不能否认,有些技术贸易壁垒措施有其合理性,有些也为国际贸易发展创造了新的机遇。我国应通过采用各种措施,正视并充分发挥技术贸易壁垒的正面效应。

With the development of international trade and with the unceasing decline of the traditional tariff barriers,technical Barriers to Trade（TBT） have become one of the key factors to hinder the export of our country as well as the development of inter-trade.Being the largest developing country in the world, we have been suffered a lot from TBT and the situation is getting worse.However,some of the TBT are reasonable and can even provide new opportunities for inter-trade.We should take measures as possible as we can to bring the positive effects of TBT into play.
