针灸结合中西药治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫的疗效比较

Clinical Comparison of Acupuncture and Western Medicineand Chinese Herbs Treatment on Acute Phase of Cerebral Infarction

目的:比较针灸结合中、西医药治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫的疗效。方法:90例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为3组,每组30例,西药组(A组):仅用内科系统治疗;西药+针灸治疗组(B组):西药组基础上加针灸治疗;西药+针灸+中药组(C组):B组基础上加中药汤剂口服。采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)和Barthel指数(BI)对各组治疗效果作评估,并比较各组患者偏瘫康复情况。结果:各组患者经治疗后的运动功能和日常生活能力得到改善(P<0.05),C组疗效优于B组,B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合中西药治疗能显著改善急性脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活能力。

Objective ： To investigate whether acupuncture along with western medicine and Chinese herbs treatment in acute phase of cerebral infarction is more effective. Methods ： 90 cases suffering from acute cerebral infarction were divided into 3 groups： the western medicine group （A group ）received medical treatment; the western medicine and acupuncture group （C group ）received medical and acupuncture treatment; the western medicine and acupuncture and Chinese herbs group （ C group ）received medical and acupuncture and Chinese herbs treatment. Outcome measures included National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） and Barthel index（BI）. Results ： Motor function and disability were improved in all groups （ P〈0.05 ）, the C group is the best, the B group is the better （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The acupuncture along with medicine and Chinese herbs treatment following acute cerebral infarction are more likely to achieve improvement in motor function and functional disability.
