川芎嗪在不稳定性心绞痛患者中的作用

Effect of Ligustrazine Apply in Angina Pectoris Patients

目的:探讨川芎嗪在冠心病心绞痛患者中的作用。方法:140例心绞痛患者随机分为2组后,分别在标准治疗的基础上加用川芎嗪,观察心绞痛发作的改善情况以及进展为心肌梗死的情况。结果:加用川芎嗪的治疗组明显心绞痛发作的频率和次数减少,症状缓解快,进展为心肌梗死的例数少。结论:川芎嗪有调节线粒体内钙转运,减轻钙超载,增强线粒体抗氧化的能力,还能减轻脂质过氧化损伤,从而维护线粒体的正常结构和功能。同时川芎嗪能有效地抑制血小板的黏附、聚集,故有缓解心绞痛改善预后的作用。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Ligustrazine apply in angina pectoris patients. Methods ： 140 cases of angina pectoris patients divided into two group by random, all of them give the standard therapy and the group of Ligustrazine give the Ligustrazine, then investigate the effect to improve the prognosis of patients. Result ： The group of Ligustrazine is better than the other group in angina pectoris patients. Conclusion ： Ligustrazine can influence the transport of Ca^2＋and adjust lipid metabolism, influence hemorrheology, antiplatelet, then improve the prognosis of angina pectoris.
