摘要
以致敏豚鼠为模型,观察到加味麻黄附子细辛颗粒对卵清蛋白诱发的致敏豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩和磷酸组胺引起豚鼠皮肤血管通透性增加具有较强的抑制作用(P<0.01),并呈量效关系,高剂量与西药对照药氯雷他定组相似。
To observe the effect of modified cphcdra asarum herb aconite granules on allergic constriction of isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pigs induced by ovalbumin and permeability of skin vessels of allergic guinea pig induced by histamine phosphate ,constriction of isolated intestinal smooth muscle and the average diameter of blue stain arc inhibited by modified cphcdra asarum herb aconite granules, and display evident dose effect relationship （ P 〈 0.01 ）. High-dose group is similar with loratadinc.
