摘要
用φ160 mm×320 mm开炼机和塑炼机,以动态硫化法制备SBR/BR/LDPE共混型热塑性弹性体(TPV)的较佳工艺条件为:橡/塑和SBR/BR均为60/40(质量比);共混温度150—160℃:共混时间15 min左右;硫磺用量1.5—2.0份;转子转速>20 r/min。TPV属海-岛结构,其中树脂相为连续相,橡胶相为分散相。TPV的耐磨性、耐溶剂性和耐温性等均优于SBS,但流变性稍差。
SBR/BR/LDPE thermoplastic elastomers were prepared by dynamic vulcanization method in a φ160 mm × 320 mm mixing mill and a φ160 mm ×320 mm masticator .The process conditions were . both rubber/plastic and SBR/BR were 60/40 , blending temperature 150-160°C , blending time 15 min , sulfur usage 1.5 -- 2.0 phr , rotor speed > 20 r/min . SBR/BR/LDPE thermoplastic elastomers were of the 'sea-and-island' struture in which the resin phase was continuous phase and the rubber was disperse phase . The wear , solvent and temperature resistances of this thermoplastic elastomers were better than those of SBS , but less in rheologicai property .
