活血渗湿方对实验性肝纤维化的作用研究

Experimental Study of Anti Hepatic Fibrosis of Blood-activating and Dampness-eliminating Decoction(BDD)

[目的]确定活血渗湿方抗实验性肝纤维化的疗效。[方法]用经典四氯化碳肝纤维化模型进行活血渗湿方药效试验,并与复方鳖甲软肝片、干扰素等进行对照观察。[结果]血清HA检测、病理组织学观察显示活血渗湿方治疗组、IFN-γ治疗组及复方鳖甲软肝片治疗组之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与生理盐水阴性对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]活血渗湿方具有显著的抗实验性肝纤维化的作用。

[Objective] To define the therapeutic effect of BDD＇s anti-liver fibrosis. [Methods] Take classical carbon tetrachloride liver fi- brosis model to make pharmacodynamic test of BDD and compare it with Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets （FBRT） and Interferon γ（ INF- γ）. [Results] By observing serum HA test, pathology and histology, it indicates that there is no marked difference among BDD treatment group,IFN-γ treatment group and FBRT treatment group （P〉0. 05） ,but there is obvious difference compared with normal saline negative control group （ P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] BDD has the function of anti-experimental liver fibrosis.
