高龄病人膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防与护理

Prevention and Clinical Nursing in the Elder Patients'Deep Vein Thrombosis after Total Knee Arthroplasty

[目的]探讨人工膝关节置换术患者术后深静脉血栓形成的预防与护理方法。[方法]总结13例人工膝关节置换术后的护理经验,术前采取针对性的预防措施,术后密切观察患肢深静脉血流情况,并指导协助患者进行早期功能锻炼以预防患肢深静脉血栓形成。[结果]13例病人患者术后的血流指标与术前相比,深静脉血栓预防有效率达76.9%。[结论]手术前后的药物、肢体锻炼及辅助器械等各项护理措施是预防深静脉血栓形成的重要措施。

[Objective]To evaluate the method of clinical nursing in the prevention of deep vein thrornbosis（DVT）after total knee arthroplasty. [Methods] 13 patients nursing experience in TKR were reviewed,corresponding nursing rnesures befor operation and intimate observation after oepration were advocated, encourage and indicate patients early exercise to prevent DVT when recovered. [Result] 13 patients were corresponded by blood flowing index before and after operation. It showed effective rate was 76.9 %. [Conclusion] Clinical nursing, together with early exercise,drugs and instruments are the effective measures in preventing DVT.
