摘要 随着构建社会主义和谐社会理论的提出以及受加入世界贸易组织后国际大环境的影响,我国有关企业社会责任的研究越来越多,但有关旅游行业社会责任的系统性研究还未形成。旅游景区开发企业社会责任的提出,符合当前时代的要求和景区开发及经营的实际,要求景区开发企业能够上升到伦理、道义的高度看待旅游景区开发对其利益相关群体造成的影响,并能从经济、法律、伦理、慈善几方面细化其对利益相关群体应承担的责任。只有这样,旅游景区才能持续健康发展,才能有效地实现人与人、人与自然的和谐。 With the proposing of the theory of constructing the harmonious socialism society as well as the influence we joined the World Trade Organization, the research on Corporate Social Responsibility in our country becomes more and more. But the systematic research about social responsibility in tourism industry has not formed yet. The proposing of the enterprise society re- sponsibility in the scenic spots developing conforms to the current time requirement and the reality of the scenic spots development and the management. This theory requests the enterprise rise to ethics, morality and justice to regard the influences of scenic area development to its stakeholders, and can from the economical, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities which should undertake to the stakeholders. Only can the scenic spots developing enterprise undertake social responsibilities, the scenic spots will develop healthy and continuously, and the harmony of human to human, human to natural will effectively be realized.
