摘要
采用高分子絮凝剂(TXD-63)-N-(3-烷氧基-2-羟基丙基)三乙基氯化胺(AM-2)-H_2O_4复合凝聚体系代替NaCl-H_2O_4体系凝聚SBR 1500,其较佳工艺条件为:H_2O_4用量以控制凝聚槽pH值为3.5—4.0计,TXD-63用量按用乳清稀释后浓度小于1000ppm计;AM-2用量以干胶计为0.03%—0.05%;凝聚温度50—55℃;洗涤水温度和pH值各为60℃和6.5±0.5;在凝聚槽和洗涤槽的停留时间分别为20—30min和10min。本工艺与NaCl-H_2O_4凝聚工艺相比,产品灰分减少、有机皂含量显著降低,硫化胶的300%定伸应力提高4—5MPa,各项性能均达到优级品指标;年节约凝聚剂费用达100万元以上。
The latex coagulation in SBR1500 process was improved by using a polymeric flocculant system instead of the NaCl - H2SO4 system .The polymeric flocculant system was consisted of polymeric flocculant TXD -63 , N (3 - alkoxyl - 2 - hydroxylpropyl) triethyl - chloroanrine (AM -2) and H2SO4 .The process conditions were as follows: the usage of TXD -63 was 1000 ppm being diluted with serum , AM-2 was 0.03% - 0.05%(based on dry rubber),and H2SO4 was to control the pH value of coagulation vessel within 3.5 -4.0 ;the coagulation temperature was 50 -55°C, the temperature and pH value of washing water were 60°C and 6.5 ±0.5 , respectively ; the residence time in coagulation and washing vessels were 20-30 min and 10 min respectively. As compared with NaCl-H2SO4 system , the improved process had lower ash and organic soap contents , the stress at 300% elongation of vulcanizates increased by 4-5 MPa .
