动脉粥样硬化斑块中细胞凋亡对斑块稳定性的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目前对动脉粥样硬化（AS）斑块的发生发展过程及其形态学的变化已基本清楚，主要有内皮细胞损伤、血浆脂质沉积、单核细胞浸润、血管平滑肌细胞（VSMC）增殖和向内膜下迁移、泡沫细胞的形成以及细胞的凋亡。其中细胞凋亡是不同于细胞坏死的一种死亡形式，指细胞受到某些生理或病理信号刺激后，调控凋亡的一系列基因程序性表达，最终合成或激活内源性的核酸内切酶，
