In the design of web system, the framework technology based on the reusability gradually becomes the focus of research and application. Among them, the Struts framework realizes the MVC, and provides one kind of the method that can construct the Web application procedure which is faster and highly effective. With the help of Struts technology, it is possible for us to construct a management system of open laboratory,which is reusable,expandable and legible.
