护理带教教师存在的问题及对策

Problems and Counter Measures for Teachers of Clinical Teaching

毕业实习是护理学专业学生教学过程中一个至关重要的环节。临床带教教师数量不足,知识结构欠合理,教学方式、方法较单一等问题,本科护生的临床教学质量不尽如人意。如何提高临床实践教学质量,通过剖析护理临床教师存在的主要问题,制定合理有效的对策。

Graduation practice is an important element of training for students who major in nursing. There are many problems for clinical teachers, such as insufficient number of teaching staff, less than perfect structure of knowledge, the use of traditional and unvaried teaching approaches. Therefore the quality of instruction is less desirable than we expected. This paper aims at proposing reasonable and effective counter measures and improving the instruction quality by analyzing the existing problem in ellnieal teaching.
