摘要 通过温室盆栽实验,研究了不同PAH s污染浓度处理对栾树幼苗生长量及其土壤微生物的影响.结果表明:在所设的污染范围内,PAH s对栾树幼苗高生长并无抑制作用,相反具有促进作用,但随着污染浓度的增大,其对植株的高生长的促进作用逐渐减小;对地径的增长有抑制作用,且抑制作用随污染浓度增加逐渐增大;栾树幼苗土壤微生物在污染初期会受到严重抑制,但在经过一段时间适应后,污染处理组的微生物数量要显著大于对照组. Through potted plant experiments in the greenhouse, the influence of different concentrations of PAHs pollution on the stem height, basal stem diameter, growth rate and microbial number was measured. Results are as follows. PAHs have definite stimulating effects on the height growth of seedlings but inhibition on their ground diameter. With the increase of PAHs pollution concentration, the promoting effect on height growth decreases gradually and inhibition on ground diameter increases. After a decrease at the beginning, the microbial number measured in the pollution soil is significantly higher than that in the contrasted soil.
