水分胁迫对椿叶花椒抗氧化酶活性等指标的影响 被引量:28

摘要 采用不同质量浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液对椿叶花椒进行浸根处理,探讨其在水分胁迫下抗氧化酶活性及生理指标的变化情况.结果表明:各种梯度的水分胁迫均导致椿叶花椒SOD活性明显下降,在PEG质量浓度为75 g/L和100 g/L时,SOD活性与对照差异显著;CAT、POD活性在50 g/L的PEG溶液处理时均上升,表明椿叶花椒体内启动抗氧化体系,且两者在75 g/L的PEG溶液处理时达到最大值,在100 g/L的PEG溶液处理时两者均下降;水分胁迫引起膜脂过氧化加剧,M DA含量和质膜相对透性明显上升;叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性在50 g/L和75 g/L的PEG溶液处理时下降均不显著,在100 g/L的PEG溶液处理时与对照形成显著差异;类胡萝卜素、蛋白质含量在各种梯度水分胁迫下均显著下降;脯氨酸含量较低,在75 g/L和100 g/L的PEG溶液处理时比对照明显上升. The varied conditions of the activities of anti-oxidase and several physiological indexes of Zanthoscylum ailanthoides Sieb. et Zucc. under water stress were discussed with the method of dipping its roots with various concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG- 6000). The results indicate that the activity of SOD decreased conspicuously under different gradients of water stress, and SOD activity treated with polyethylene glycol solution of 75 and 100 grams per liter had significant differences compared to the contrast; that CAT, POD activities increased under the treatment of 50 grams per liter solution, showing the oxidation resisting system of Zanthozylum ailanthoides Sieb. et Zucc. has initiated, and CAT, POD activities reached the maximum when treated with 75 grams per liter solution; and that both decreased under the solution of 100 grams per liter. Water stress resulted in membrane lipid peroxidation and the increase of the contents of MDA and relative permeability of plasma membrane. Neither the content of chlorophyll nor the activity of nitrate reductase decreased evidently when treated with the solution of 50 and 75 grams per liter, but the treatment of 100 grams per liter solution had a significant difference. Both carotenoid and protein contents decreased notably under different gradients of treatments. Proline content was low, and it increased significantly under treatments of 75 and 100 grams per liter solution.
