森林资源社区共管问题初探——以甘肃白水江国家级自然保护区为例

Simple Analysis on Problems Existed in the Community Co-Management for the Forest Resources——A case study of the Baishuijiang national nature reserve in Gansu province

介绍了白水江社区共管的产生及过程安排,对白水江森林资源社区共管初始、计划、审批实施3个阶段的分权问题、信息问题、持续性问题进行了分析,提出解决白水江社区共管问题的相关建议:健全管理体系、完善社区管理数据库、创造可持续投入的共管资源。

This article mainly through the course analysis on the community co-management for the forest resources has conducted the preliminary study to the practice of community co - management in the Baishuijiang national nature reserve in Gansu province. Simultaneously in the connection with the problems that may exist in the every process of community co-management in Baishuijiang, we propose some countermoves which are improving the management mechanism, completing the community management database and creating sustainable co-management resources.
