摘要
以TiCl4为前躯体,采用空气/氢气扩散火焰气相燃烧法,合成了纳米TiO2粉末,并对合成的粉末利用TEM、XRD、DSC—TGA等手段进行了表征。研究了合成纳米TiO2粉末的光催化降解有机物的性质。研究结果表明:在最佳实验条件下合成的纳米TiO2粉末粒径为10-20nm,并且分散均匀,无团聚体,有良好的光催化活性。
Using titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) as a precursor, titania nanoparticles were synthesized in the diffusion flame of air and hydrogen. TEM, XRD,DSC-TGA was used to characterize the properties of the synthesized particles. The photocatalytic property of titania nanoparticles was also studied in this paper. The experimental results indicated that the mean particle size of titania at optimal experimental conditions were about 10-20 nm,and were dispersed uniformly and were not aggregated. And results show that the synthesized titania nano-particles have good photocatalytic activities.
