榆木木屑快速热裂解主要工艺参数优化及生物油成分的研究 被引量:26

摘要 以榆木木屑为原料,在自制的流化床反应器上,采用正交实验设计,进行了快速热裂解主要工艺参数优化试验,并对产生的生物油成分进行了GC-MS分析。结果表明,榆木木屑快速热裂解最优工艺参数组合为热裂解温度500℃、气相滞留期0.8 s、物料粒径0.180 mm,生物油最大产率为46.3%(质量分数)。热裂解温度、气相滞留期对生物油产率影响显著,而热裂解温度和气相滞留期的交互作用、物料粒径对生物油产率影响不显著。生物油是一种成分极其复杂的有机化合物的混合物,含氧量较高。该项研究为生物质快速热裂解技术的发展提供了科学的依据。 Experiments of optimization of the key parameters for fast pyrolysis of elm sawdust were conducted in a self manufactured fluidized bed biomass fast pyrolysis reactor according to orthogonal experiment design, and the composition ofbio-oil produced was analyzed with GC-MS. The results show that the optimal condition for bio-oil yield are as follows: pyrolysis temperature 500℃, vapors residence time 0.8 s, particle size 0.180 mm. The maximum bio-oil yield ratio was 46.3 wt%. Pyrolysis temperature and vapors residence time had an obvious effect on bio-oil yield ratio, while their interaction and particle size had unnoticeable effect on it. Analysis with GC-MS showed that bio-oil was the mixture of complex organic compounds with the extensive existence of oxygen. The research has provided a scientific reference for the development ofbiomass fast pyrolysis technology.
