摘要
当今时代,知识型员工在企业乃至整个经济发展中发挥着关键和主导作用,本文分析知识型员工流失的原因,思考企业如何留住知识型员工,以提高企业的核心竞争力。
Nowadays, knowledge workers play key role in the enterprise and the whole economy development. This paper analyzes the reason of knowledge worker turnover and focuses on how to retain them to enhance core competence.
