叶下珠抗肿瘤抗病毒研究进展(综述)

Advances on Antivirus and Antitumor Activities of Phyllanthus urinaria

叶下珠含有生物碱类、黄酮类、木脂素类、萜类、鞣质等多种成分,具有抗乙肝病毒和抗肿瘤等作用,且安全性好,值得深入开发。本文对叶下珠的化学成分和抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用进行综述。

Many chemical constituents, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, lignans, terpenoids and tannins, has been identified from Phyllanthus urinaria. Extracts of Phyllanthus urinaria has been demonstrated to be active against virus and tumor, and be safe to animals tested. Phyllanthus urinaria is considered to be a promising Chinese medicine from which natural drugs would be developed. In this paper, the advances on the chemical constituents, antivirus and antitumor activities of Phyllanthus urinaria are presented.
