摘要
用稻壳焙烧法制备的含量达90%以上的多孔二氧化硅,其表面亲有机物性能较差,填充在聚乙烯中会使聚乙烯抗冲性能下降;但用偶联剂对多孔二氧化硅表面进行处理,能使其产生高活性表面中心,这种被称为活性二氧化硅的填充剂填充在聚乙烯中,可提高聚乙烯的各种性能。
The cellular silicon dioxide , prepared by rice-husk bake with its content up to 90 per cent , has a bad property of organic affinity on its surface. The impact resistance of polyethylene can decrease if fiuing in polyethylene. But to deal the surface of cellular silicon dioxide with coupl ing agent, high active surface center will be produced . Therefor so called active silicon dioxide bulking agent which is filled in polyethylene can increase the polyethylene properties.
