摘要
本文通过分析工程实例,介绍了拉索槽钢施工平台搭设,并在该平台上搭设普通扣件式钢管支撑系统对高层建筑大跨度悬挑梁板的施工方法。该方法通过槽钢平台和钢丝绳拉索,巧妙地把施工荷载和结构自重传到下面两个结构层,分散了荷载,降低施工对结构的影响,有效减小了支撑架的倾角,提高了支撑架的稳定性。该方法对于指导类似工程的施工具有指导意义。
This article introduced the erection of working platform with stayed-cable and channel steel, and the construction method of long-span cantilever slab in high-rise buildings supported by fastener type steel pipe system. In this method, the construction load and structure weight can be transferred to the below two structural layers through channel steel platform and stayed-cable, which can distribute the load effectively, decrease the influ- ence of construction on structure and the dip angle of supporting flame, and increase the stability of supporting frame. This method can provide guidance for the similar projects.
