摘要
分析多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对肾静脉(RV)变异的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析352例行腹部MSCTA检查患者,采用容积再现(VR)"血管生长"技术进行RV重建。结果352例共检出RV变异36例,检出率10.2%。双侧RV变异2例;右肾RV变异11例;左侧肾RV变异23例,包括主动脉周围型RV变异12例(3.4%),完全性主动脉后位型RV变异6例(1.7%);其他5例(1.4%)。结论MSCTA能清楚显示肾静脉变异,为临床提供解剖学资料。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomograph angiography（MSCTA）in diagnosing the variation of renal vein（RV）.Methods A total of 352 patients underwent abdomen MSCTA were analyzed retrospectively.RV was reconstructed by volume rendering（VR）with add vessel technology at workstation for all patients.Results There were 36 cases（10.2%）of variation of RV in all 352 cases,including 2 cases of variation of bilateral RV,and 11 cases of variation of right RV and 23 cases of the one of left RV.In 23 cases of the variation of left RV,there were 12 cases（3.4%）of left RV near by aorta,6 cases（1.7%）of left RV behind aorta completely and 5 cases（1.4%）of others.Conclusion MSCTA could show the variation of RA and provide the detail of anatomy.
