摘要 目的:探讨Smad7和IFN-γ在人膀胱移行上皮细胞癌(TCC)中表达的临床意义和两指标之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法对52例人膀胱TCC和10例正常膀胱组织中的Smad7和IFN-γ的表达进行检测,用光镜对表达结果进行定性分析,采用图像分析进行定量分析。结果:定性分析表明膀胱癌组织中表达的Smad7和IFN-γ两指标之间有联系(P<0.01)。定量分析表明Smad7和IFN-γ在膀胱癌组中的阳性表达显著高于正常膀胱组(P<0.01);Smad7和IFN-γ的表达与膀胱癌的细胞病理分级,临床分期有关(P<0.01)。结论:TCC中Smad7和IFN-γ随细胞病理分级,临床分期增高阳性表达程度增强,提示Smad7在人膀胱TCC的发生发展中起重要作用,而IFN-γ作为一种广泛的非特异性的免疫调节因子与Smad7存在潜在的联系机制。 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of expression of Smad7 and IFN-γ in human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCC) and the correlation between Smad7 and IFN-γ. Methods: The expression of Smad7 and IFN-γ in TCC tissues of 52 cases and normal bladder tissues of 10 cases were studied by immunohistochemical staining and qualitative analysis of microscope and quantitative analysis of image. Results: Qualitative analysis demonstrated that the expression of Smad7 contacts with the expression of IFN-γ in TCC tissues(P〈0.01). Quantitative analysis demonstrated that the expression of Smad7 and IFN-γ in TCC is higher than those in normal bladder tissues of controls and the expression of Smad7 and IFN-γ have a positive correlation with both cell grade and T stage(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion:With the rise of cell grade and T-stage the positive expression degree of Smad7 and IFN-γ in TCC tissues goes up. The upregulation of Smad7 suggests that it plays an important role in the for mation and development of TCC and IFN-γ as a general immunological modulator factor potentially contacts with Smad7.
