摘要
本文就泡沫印花加工中,泡沫印花浆的流变性能对印花效果的影响作了探索。用流变仪对高粘度的海藻酸钠及DFPP-104醚化植物胶的泡沫浆进行测定,得出流动曲线,由计算机进行回归处理,求出粘度、结构粘度指数,并进行印制效果试验,经实验得出:发泡倍率BR=3.5左右,结构粘度指数为最小,渗透性最好。另外,渗透性随BR、含固量升高而下降。这结论对泡沫印花工艺的发展具有一定的指导意义。
An investigation is made about the effect of rheological behaviour of foam printingon the rinting ffect by the Author. By the usage of rheological instrument, the highviscosity of sodium alginate and therified vegetable gum DFPP-104 are obtained, and aflowing curve is plotted. Through regression treatment ith a computer, the viscosity andstructual viscosity index are derived. And the practical production, esults are as follows,the foaming ratio is nearly 3.5, and permeating is the best when the structural iscosityindex is the smallest. The permeability becomes lower when BR and solid content raised. The onclusion is useful to the development of foam printing.
