摘要
目的:研究Runx 2在牙髓炎症修复中的作用,探讨活髓保存的新途径。方法:建立大鼠第三期牙本质形成动物模型,用免疫组织化学染色方法研究Runx 2的表达变化及其意义。结果:Runx 2于牙髓损伤早期阶段表达于穿髓点下方细胞群;修复性牙本质形成初期于牙髓根尖部强表达,修复性牙本质形成中期表达减弱,而修复性牙本质形成末期表达为阴性。结论:Runx 2在牙髓损伤修复过程中的表达具有明显的时空特异性。
AIM: To investigate the immunolocalization of Runx 2 in the process of dental pulp injury and repair. METHODS: Experimental models of rat molars pulpitis were established. The expression of runx 2 was assessed with immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS: Immunolocalization demonstrated positive staining for Runx 2 in the different stages of reparative dentinogenesis. In normal dental plup, positive staining could be hardly detected. But in experiment groups, strong positive staining was detected in the site of the impaired pulp after 1 day ; while only weak Runx 2 staining was detected 3 days after operation; 5 days later, a large number of stellate cells in the root tip expressed Runx 2; and after 7 days, followed by the reparative dentinogenesis, Runx 2 expression vanished slowly, then totally disappeared at last. CONCLUSION: The expression of Runx 2 in different stages in rat tertiary dentinogenesis has temporal and spatial specificity.
