摘要
对4个小白菜栽培品种的离体培养条件进行研究,结果表明:在含有BAZ+NAA1mg/L的MS培养基上,添加AgNO34~6mg/L能显著提高所试小白菜品种不定芽的分化频率.AgNO3与ABA配合使用不仅能提高其不定芽的分化率,而且还能抑制愈伤组织生长.本实验所建立的直接出芽程序为小白菜的遗传转化研究提供一个良好的再生体系.
Some crucial factors in four cultivar of Brassica campestris ssp. chinenslk makino in VITRO are studied. The results indicates that the frequencies of adventitious shoot increase abviously by adding 4~6 mg/L AgNO3 on MS medium with BA 2mg/L and NAA 1 mg/L. AgNO3 and ABA medium increase not only the frequencies of cotyledon explants but also the growth of callus. The adventitious shoot regenerates directly from the cut end of cotyledon petioles. This study provides genetic transformation of Brassica campestris ssp; chinensis makino with a suitable. This study regeneration system.
