摘要
目的比较研究Free-edge托槽和传统托槽的摩擦力特点,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法在干燥条件下,测试2种Free-edge托槽、2种传统托槽和4种弓丝分别组合的动、静摩擦力。结果Free-edge托槽中间翼结扎摩擦力极小;六翼结扎摩擦力最大。结论Free-edge托槽可解决低摩擦力与高牙齿控制能力的矛盾,改进方丝弓系列固定矫正器的性能,其应用有利于提高临床矫正疗效。
Objective To testing frictional force of free-edge bracket and conventional bracket and the rationale and clinical application of free-edge bracket. Method In the dry states, the static and kinetic frictional force of different combinations of 2 kinds of free-edge brackets and 2 kinds of conventional brackets coupled with 4 kinds of archwires were tested. Result When Free-edge bracket's middle wings were ligated, the frictional force was decreased to zero; when Free-edge bracket' six wings were ligated, the frictional force was greatest. Free-edge bracket solved the contradiction between less frictional force and better tooth control, the bracket improved the capability of the series of edgewise fixed appliance. Conclusion The free-edge bracket solved the contradiction between less frictional force and improved the capability of edgewised fixed application, increase the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment.
