摘要
本文提供了用离子交换法,从市售的水玻璃中除去N_a^+离子,在常压下浓缩获得高浓度硅溶胶的方法。再用硅溶胶为主要成膜物,凹凸棒矿粉为主要填料,添加少量颜料,添加剂等组成无机高聚物外墙涂料。经过不同类型涂料的对比,本文指出了该涂料所具备的优缺点。
This paper first presents the merhod to get the aqueous solution of SiO, The me-thad is to use the way of ion exchange to remove Na+ ion from salium silicate which can be bought on the market.Second, the paper presents the method to form a kind of inorganic polymer which can be used as cooting on the outer wou using this inorganic bolymer(silica sol) as main formation of fibin , using attapulgive as main fiuer , adding pigments and some kind of additiveIn addition , the paper introduces the advantages and drawbacks of the coating compared with other coctings
