玻璃体切割联合人工晶状体悬吊术治疗晶状体全脱位

Management of complete lens dislocation by vitretomy combined with ciliary sulcus suture of PC IOL

目的探讨玻璃体切割联合人工晶状体悬吊术治疗晶状体全脱位的临床疗效。方法晶状体全脱位患者12例（12只眼），其中继发青光眼7例（7只眼），实施玻璃体切割联合人工晶状体悬吊术。术后随诊3～11个月，平均7．6个月，记录术前术后视力、眼压。结果术后视力0．1～0．3者2只眼，0．3～0．5者6只眼，0．5以上者4只眼，经x^2检验，P〈0．01有显著性意义。眼压3个月后均在正常范围内。结论玻璃体切割联合人工晶状体悬吊术治疗晶状体全脱位是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of complete lens dislocation by vitretomy combined with ciliary sulcus suture of PC IOL. Methods 12 case （ 12 eyes ） of complete lens dislocation,7 eyes of them with secondary glaucoma , underwent vitretomy combined with ciliary sulcus suture of PC IOL. Postoperative follow-up ranged from 3 to 11 months （ mean 7.6 months ）. Data were collected on visual acuity, IOP and complications. Results After the surgery corrected visual was 0.1 - 0.3 in 2 eyes ,0.3 - 0.5 in 6 eyes ,0.5 - 1.0 in 4 eyes. During the 3-monthfollow-up, the IOP in all eyes were normal and all had no complication. Conclusion Management of complete lens dislocation by vitretomy com- bined with ciliary sulcus suture of PC IOL is the most effective and safe mothed for the cataract after silicone oil tamponade.
