义眼安装不同手术方法疗效分析

目的探讨基层医院对于义眼安装者行不同手术方法的疗效。方法对45例(45只眼)分别应用眼球摘除联合羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼座I期植入、Ⅱ期HA义眼座植入、结膜瓣全覆盖术及厚义眼片直接放置4种方法进行义眼安装,观察疗效。结果45例患者术后外观形态满意。结论基层医院患者的经济承受能力差别较大,需根据个体情况,选择不同的义眼安装方法,以满足患者的不同需求。

Obective To analyze the different operation method of orbital implantion in Grass-roots hospital. Methods The clinical effect of 40 patients（ 40 eyes ） with four different implantion Methods was observed. Results 45 patients are all to be satisfied with to the appearances. Conclusion The economic acceptance ability of the grass-roots hospital sufferer more difference, need according to the individual circumstance, choose a different implantion method to satisfy the sufferer＇s different need.
