摘要 本文复习和总结了氧化损伤与老年性黄斑变性的发病、疾病进展的关系,并对几种抗氧化剂在临床的应用及对老年性黄斑变性的预防作用进行了综述。 To review and discuss the relationship between oxidative damage and age-relatede macular generation. To summarize the prevention of this disease using antioxidants and other methods such as blue-light filtering intraocular lences, all are based to prevent oxidative damage to the retina.
