协调单元发展模式在生态敏感地区的运用--以深圳大鹏半岛开发为例

Coordinate Unit Development Application in Ecologically Sensitive Area——A Case Study of Dapeng Peninsular in Shenzhen City

将最早用于高密度城区的协调单元运用于生态敏感地区,有利于通过相对集约化的开发保护生态环境,以步行城市生活为主导的发展模式也符合生态化、可持续发展的建设要求,还有利于建设人性化、高品质的环境。要在生态敏感地区建构协调单元,城市设计应采取生态环境负荷最小化、充分利用滨水资源、建立与周边生态要素的多层次联系、控制各协调单元的生态边界、建立全面的生态开发控制指标体系、控制建筑尺度和体量、鼓励单体建筑的生态设计等策略。

To apply coordinate unit originally used at high density urban area is good to protect ecological environment by relatively compact development. Pedestrian life pattern suits ecological and sustainable development, and is good for constructing humanitarian and high quality environment. To establish coordinate unit in ecologically sensitive area, urban design shall use lowest ecological load, fully uses waterfront resource, set up multi connection with surrounding ecological elements, control boundaries of different units, set up all round ecological development control indexes system, control architecture size and scale, and promote ecological design of architecture.
