摘要
土地适用性分析与评价为城市建设用地选择、城市空间构造及用地功能分区等提供了依据。传统的土地适用性分析与评价多采用定性分析的方法,难以准确客观地体现各用地在适用性方面的差异,导致城市规划工作带有较大的主观性。基于GIS空间分析技术的土地生态适宜性研究,从自然适用性分析与社会适用性分析入手,有利于增强城市规划方案决策的客观性和科学性。
Land suitability and appraisal provides reliance for urban construction land, urban spatial structure and land functional zoning. Traditional land applicability analysis and appraisal usually takes quality analysis, and it is difficult to accurately and objectively reflect land use difference, which results in arbitrary planning work. GIS spatial analysis based land applicability research should enhance the objectiveness and reasonableness of urban planning decision making from natural and social applicability analysis.
