摘要
本文研究了工业企业建立降低材料消耗保证控制系统的理论问题。对经典的Hall三维框架中的逻辑维的运作,根据客观存在的严重的不确定性进行了改进,并且结合中国国情,提出引伸的系统方法框图。同时,突破传统的物资管理模式,运用控制论,将降耗保证控制系统,按反馈控制系统,前馈控制系统和防护性控制系统,进行了阐述,认为三种控制观念,互为补充,才是最优效果。针对常规评价体系中,难以定量的变量评价,提出了评价依据体系确定框图模式。
We diocuss several theoretic problems about the Guarantee System for Cutting Down the Consumption of Raw Materials in industrial enterprises in this paper.First-of all, we talk about the serious uncertainty met in practice, and put forward an extended methodologic flock diagram of systems analysis, which may be considered as a development of comlining the logic dimension of Hall's three-dimensional framework with the practical situation of recent China, Then,using the control theory, We make a freakthrough from the conventional pattern of materials managenent to the Guarantee Control System for Cutting Down the Consmption of Raw Materials,which is the unity of the feedlack control system, the feedforward contrd system and the protecting control system. On our opinion, it's the fest that we consider these three types of contrd together.We also suggest two kinds of evaluating nethods to deal with the serious uncertainties met in practice.
