摘要
病例1：患者男，38岁，白种人，外籍。因多年不明原因的反复腹泻、腹痛、腹胀近期加重伴体重明显减轻和无力就诊。患者自幼年起经常感觉腹部不适，同时有轻重不同的腹泻。多次到医院就诊检查，均无明确诊断，也未发现胃肠道细菌感染证据。2007年7月6日到北京和睦家医院门诊就诊，主诉阵发性腹胀、腹泻多年，
